I think that if I were to choose 2 books that are must reads, I would choose 'Word of Mouth Marketing' & 'Naked Conversations'.

I love how Andy uses 'stuff'' and 'things' to describe his concepts. He had many practical tips that are good common sense principles to follow like the 'tell a friend' idea.

Yes, Andy is a great guy and really knows his word of mouth. Perhaps our paths will cross at the WOMMA fest later this year - we (MotiveQuest) are presenting as well.
